Nice resort for family with kids where a lot of activities for kids

We recently spent 14 days at the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua, visiting all the way from the UK, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel not only welcome but incredibly special. A massive thank you to Nanta who made our stay so amazing and the Bellman captain Adi Irawan, who were both instrumental in making our stay amazing and recovering a missing suitcase. They went completely out of their way throughout our trip. Nantas personal touches and dedication to ensuring our comfort was simply extraordinary, providing thoughtful advice, breakfast boxes for our early departures, and organising a fantastic tour driver who made our trips out magical. The food at Conrad Bali great. Each meal was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. What stood out even more was the team’s attention to our dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of, offering personalised meals that suited our children’s needs and dietary restrictions. We felt truly cared for and valued in every meal experience. The resort’s facilities were equally brilliant. From the luxurious pools to our spacious suite, everything was impeccably maintained, offering comfort and relaxation at every turn. The attention to detail. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Walkable to shopping and beach was right on the grounds. There were many restaurants in walking distance.

The good: * gym and separate sauna/spa male and female *Swimming pools *Sun set photography by the beach *block out curtains *buffet breakfast with good coffee machine *Close to massages, restaurants and laundry *good size bathroom *side access exit, provided a shortcut way to get out to kuta square Bad *dinner buffet at the Starz. The breakfast was way better.
