The staff were kind, polite, professional, and accommodating. The lady who checked me in the evening was especially professional. The room was immaculate, and I appreciated that they clean it every day, unlike many other hotels these days. Breakfast was good as well. The only minor issue I encountered was that the flush wasn't working properly, but I believe that was just an isolated case.

Particular about clean and quite environment and that’s what i saw in the facilities in the room assigned to me. It was cosy and comfortable to be in. A home away from home, breakfast excellent. Would recommend College court hotel anyday to others that are in leicester and looking for a good hotel there.

We stay often and it suits us well. Comments; Room was very warm…too warm. Showers a bit aggressive and couldn’t direct head. Furniture and carpets now a bit jaded. We will continue to use College Court.
