Over 350 square metres in size, the villa is set out over 3 storeys with spacious rooms on each floor. The villa is furnished to a high level with many extras offered for total comfort during your stay.

The spacious living area is ideal for a large family groups and features a generous seating area with widescreen satellite TV. Mealtimes are made simple in the fully-equipped kitchen and there is space for dining both inside and outside.

Upstairs, the villa has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further 2 double rooms and a twin room, sleeping 8 persons in total. There is also a family bathroom and large veranda.

On the lower ground level you have the extra luxury of a built in home sauna, plus a working gym with separate shower and WC.

The outside area features an inviting 40 square meter pool and separate Jacuzzi for total holiday relaxation. The attractive landscaped garden has open seating and dining areas - great for entertaining during the summer evenings.

Satellite TV, full air-conditioning and complimentary WI-FI are included. The villa also benefits from private off road parking. Pool heating is also available and is optional, charged at 60 Euros per day. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.
