Greeted on arrival and told not to touch the switch on upstairs landing. Turns out that was the switch that heats the water when there are a lot of you. We had hot water on day 8! Owner who was looking after us didn’t stop by even though he had been asked by letting company. Kettle leaks boiling water everywhere when pouring! Little children and adult legs be aware!Back door lock faulty! Cooker and electric rings worked intermittently. Owner came and said a new cooker would arrive within 1 to 2 hours and to use the microwave in the meantime (for 8 people???) He also offered to cook our food at his house?????!!! 24 hours later we still had a cooker we couldn’t use. After contacting the letting agency a new cooker was fitted day 9 of a 10 day stay! Owner obviously isn’t a people person and very unhelpful when solving a problem and no communication or update. When contacted after promised time went just keep repeating “what do you want me to do!”His brother who arrived with the new cooker slammed the front door so hard after fitting the cooker we were surprised the glass didn’t break. Bedding in all rooms not very fresh either. Owner only helped after letting company spoke to him. I would not recommend this villa solely due to the way the owner and his brother behaved. Rude and most unprofessional
