Island stay

We found the cottage lovely, as described. The seaside in this area is a little industrial as it's on the island's east side, but it is only a short walk to a beach. Many small local restaurants were nearby, and we made breakfast daily. We had family down for the day for a wonderful outdoor picnic. I also enjoyed early morning walks behind the property into the onion fields in the foothills. We took a bus from Kobe and rented a car for a few days to explore the island. It was a relaxing nine-day stay.
