Black Grouse Lodge is a superior property situated at the north of Aviemore with fantastic views to the Cairngorm mountains from the hot tub. This lodge sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms over two floor, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room.

Black Grouse Lodge has a high-end kitchen which is open plan to the large dining area and a relaxed family area. There is a separate large lounge with wood burning stove.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with large en-suite and doors opening out to a balcony with table and chairs and uninterrupted views to the Cairngorms. There are a further 2 double bedrooms on the first floor one with an en-suite, a large luxury family bathroom and a games area with an Xbox and foosball table. The fourth bedroom is downstairs (twin) with en-suite. There is provision for two further guests in one of the bedrooms upstairs with pull-out beds.
