The property is located in a protected forest area and can only be reached via a forest road, which also serves as a hiking trail. Car access is permitted only on arrival and departure days (7:00–9:30 am and 2:00–5:00 pm). Free parking is available at the nearby lift station, just a 5-minute walk away. In winter, the house is accessible only on foot; luggage is transported by snowmobile. Airport and train station transfers are available for an extra fee. You use self check-in. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events, parties, and smoking are not permitted. Waste separation guidelines are provided.
