You will love the huge balcony, perfect for that summer bbq and the full kitchen which opens into the dining area. The family room opens to a balcony and peek-a-boo view of the ocean. This building is in perfect proximity of the pool, spa, ocean and sand volleyball courts. The large bedroom with another set of French doors opens to the balcony, and the bathroom has both a tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Used sheets or towels in the tub. Trash bins are open to everyone and not condo-specific. Top off fuel for the golf cart. The gas station is a scenic drive from the condo. Card only. Many thanks!
If any extra cleaning required, or the gas tank isn't filled up($25), guest will incur a fee depending on what it is. In case of special circumstance, please let us know so that we work something out.
