After reserving this room, paying for it and getting a confirmation number for my stay, the manager emailed me a day later to say the room had been rented "via another mechanism" and was not available. Huh? What part of "confirmation" does he not understand? No apology, no help to find another place. Guy was just plain rude about it.
After fighting to get my money back, I was able to find another place to stay (at twice the price).
Expedia was NO help saying only the hotel MIGHT be barred from the site for 30 days. Never heard anything more from them.
Totally disgusted.
