Room was clean, and modern! Very comfortable! Amenities were amazing, game room, laundry, fitness, yoga space etc! And large kitchen if needed! Spent sometime on the 6th floor rooftop and enjoyed the Austin winter sun!

Not super impressed overall. Room was okay, nothing special. The bed was very low to the ground, which was difficult. Struggled with the room doors, they are unlocked with a code rather than a key card. Sometimes the codes didn't work or the lock would stick. One morning there was no hot water. Also, I needed more towels but had to wait a few hours because there didn't seem to be anyone working in the lobby until afternoon/evening time. Needless to say, it was good enough but we won't be back.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish room, friendly staff, awesome neighborhood! The nightlife outside can be loud, but the provided noise machine took care of that (earplugs are also available on request but we didn't need them). Lots of nice amenities too!

Check-in and check-out Virtually are so easy. Host is very welcoming. Place is neat and cozy, have everything you need, function rooms are so cool. It is very close to all the attractions in downtown and everything you want to do sit seeing or diing out at Austin. Austin is our first time visit, impressive captital of Texas state. We had great time to stay here. HIghly recommand everyone to stay this brand new place.

Very clean room. The location is great. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. I might book something a bit bigger with a desk next time, althogh if I needed to,, I could go to the business room. The doorlock was a challence until I learned the wait 5 second rule

The price was by far the best value, which is what sealed me going. I have learned that this is a new establishment and they are doing some really good things to maintain that value. The staff were amazing, Jasmine in particular was really great. Very attentive to anything we needed and was a great person to talk to as well. The two things that made it an "average" was noise and the parking. The bar next door is loud until 2am on the weekends, and the trash is also emptied almost nightly at 3am. These two things basically meant I was awoken every morning. While I had no issues since I paid for parking for our entire duration, if this was a full place it would be a nightmare. Even with only a few guests it got a little tight. If there were no noise issues and parking was better planned this would have been a 4/5 bordering on a 5/5 due to the price of the room and the attentiveness of the staff. Appreciated the stay and enjoyed the staff.

This was a great stay with Kasa. They made it easy with the virtual check in process. I loved the location on East 6th St. There were tons of great options for food in walking distance. The unit was very clean. The staff was very helpful with any questions and the roof top has awesome views of the downtown area.
