You will be able to access the house with the keypad (self-check-in and check-out). There is a private driveway and ample street parking.

When you enter the home, you will immediately feel relaxed with the bohemian style décor, natural light, and good vibes! We have put love and care into the smallest details that will make your visit extra special. As you step into the backyard you will notice the comfy outdoor furniture that will fit your whole group. Don't waste too much time before you cool down in the sparkling luxury in-ground pool! You will be amazed at the privacy, peace, and serenity the backyard offers to be on the doorstep of downtown!

Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom has been furnished to create a Zen atmosphere and features a king-sized bed with a luxury mattress. It connects to the master bathroom which includes a spa-style shower.

Bedroom 2:
Users Choice! This bedroom offers a murphy style queen bed as well as work space with a desk. For anyone wanting a workcation or working remotely, feel free to push the murphy bed into the wall and to create a spacious office.

Bedroom 3:
A comfy room with beautiful décor and a memory foam queen mattress.

We also offer a rollout bed and a blow-up mattress which can fit in the master bedroom or living room.

RULES:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

We only accept pets that are under 30 pounds and we will just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $125 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
