The Space:

The open‑concept layout lets you drift between the kitchen, dining nook and living space without missing a beat, while the quiet rhythm of East Riverside offers a calm backdrop to your Austin adventures. Evenings feel effortless as you unwind indoors after a day of exploring, and the shared pool glistens under the setting sun, ready for a dip whenever the posted hours allow.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing ample space for rest. A fourth bedroom features a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. The living area includes a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for larger groups. Linens, extra pillows and blankets are supplied for every bed.



Living space

The entry opens directly into an open‑concept layout where the living area and kitchen flow together. A comfortable sofa anchors the room and converts into a queen‑size sleeper, making it easy for groups to gather, watch TV or simply slow down. Patio access extends the space outdoors, offering a quiet spot to enjoy the cooler season without leaving the apartment.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook with seating provides a casual spot for meals, coffee or planning the day ahead while staying connected to the living area.



Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms give each guest privacy and convenience, each with a bathtub or shower, hot water and bathroom essentials.



Work & connectivity

High‑speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming, while the dedicated workspace offers separation when you need to focus. Central air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable through Austin’s mild winter season.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step onto the private patio or balcony, or enjoy the shared outdoor pool (year‑round, set hours) and shared hot tub. A shared gym nearby, a playground area and an open backyard space provide additional options for recreation. Families will appreciate the extra outdoor room to unwind.



Access & parking

A private entrance, self‑check‑in via smart lock and free parking on the premises—as well as free street parking—make arrival effortless. The home is single‑level with no stairs, pet‑friendly and suited for short or long‑term stays. Exterior security cameras face outward at the front door, and a noise monitor helps maintain quiet hours.



Neighborhood

East Riverside is residential and peaceful, with green spaces nearby and easy access to downtown Austin, the University of Texas and the airport. Live music, dining and cultural attractions are just a short drive away, while the quieter setting lets you rest and recharge each night.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
