Located in East Austin, this home is ideally situated for those who want a quiet neighborhood base while staying close to everything the city has to offer. Givens District Park is nearby for outdoor and indoor sports, and the East Boggy Creek Greenbelt is perfect for hiking and picnicking. The Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In is just a short distance away for a uniquely Austin evening out. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive, and some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and live music venues are easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Getting Around:

East Austin is a great base for exploring the city. Uber and Lyft are widely available and the most convenient way to reach downtown, 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The gated driveway accommodates 2 to 3 cars single file, and free street parking is available nearby. A public bus stop is located approximately half a mile from the property for those using public transportation. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

–Pets are not allowed at this property. 

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our local team is available to assist.
