Read this before booking this place

Water is hard, soaps they provided are soft, bath situation is bad as you cannot take a decent shower with soap lather breaking. Shower is hot but the force is too low for decent shower. shower doors keep sliding open while showering, annoying water spraying out in the bathroom making the floor wet!. For a king bed, pillows are tiny… needed extra pillows, they were out! Wall are not probably insulated, I can hear people talking in lobby snd next room. Lobbies are not air conditioned, they do reek old smells. Coffee in room and Breakfast is cheap and bad tasting. Hot water in flask is luke warm for tea.. Breakfast is minimal… compared to other similar priced hotels.

They are doing renovations, but of course they aren't going to give you a room that is torn up. I wish the beds were bigger. The pool was clean, the rooms needed a light vacuum but other than that it was just a hotel

Hallways weren't air conditioned which was weird. AC in the room kept stopping unless we turned the setting down every few hours. Not great when you're sleeping and have to get up 3 times. The middle of the night to turn the ac down so it'll kick on. Parking was a nightmare. On arrival we came in about midnight and had nowhere to park. Almost gave up and cancelled our reservation until one person left and we got a spot.

It was "good" we have so many issues there. But Jesse was always willing to help, the thing is The hotel does not have enough amenities and it is not the fault of the workers. Kind of pricy for the place. You can get a better hotel for the same price or cheaper.

Rooms were uodated and very nice..matresses couls be updated. Needs updated elevators and room door key locks.. all very worn out.. no ventelatiin in the hallways.. room was very small for an executive suite..But the place was very quiet and peaceful secluded and close to everything

This property is nasty. I had no housekeeping. No fresh towels, no bed makeup or turn down, the shampoo & conditioner was almost empty and the room was hot. Nothing good to say and I won’t be staying here again!

Desk clerk obviously did not enjoy her job. Rude. Gap in front door to room needed ironing board to block Wi-Fi was horrible. Slow & sporadic. TV, while big, did not function properly. Slow feed and wrong channel listings. Property under remodeling construction but is no excuse for these issues.
