The room was very dimly lit. Only 2 very weak lights apart from the entryway. I assume this was so as to save a few pennies on the electric bill. After sundown, the room was like a dark cave, impossible to read or work in. Even the desk didn’t have a work lamp. Also, it was rather loud late at night, and when I tried to cal the front desk to ask for help on the noise issue, the call could not go through (I pressed the button marked “front desk”.) Also, we had our “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but that did not stop the housekeeper from coming into the room . The sign was still there on the door when we got back. So we were not delighted with this hotel.
