The front desk check -in lady: 1. Up front saying “you don’t have a booking’ even when she has my ID in her hand and other details; just incompetent 2. At the same time, while my ID is on her hand and I’m at the desk, she is on call talking about rate and availability to someone on phone 3. Then came back to me and found it, without any apology for the call she was on or not looking carefully ti say ‘no’ booking

The hotel smelled great and was very clean upon arrival. Front desk was friendly with quick check-in. Room was extremely clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels and pillows. Parking lot felt very safe. Pool time was nice. It was a great two day. Stay in Austin.

Since day one the AC was messed up which was Friday night. I told them Saturday afternoon about the problem...they tried to fix it but eventually it went back to being hot. I didn't bother to say anything anymore .I was there Friday - Monday and it was terrible. I wish they would have offered me another room the first time I stated the problem.

It was easy to check in, but the staff aren’t very friendly. Prior to my reservation my wife called a week in advance to reserve a crib for our baby. They told us to mention it until the day we check in because they were limited in cribs and they weren’t sure what room we would get until the day of the reservation. They told us we would have to take the crib ourselves from the lobby to our room. When we arrived we told them about it and they said they don’t provide any cribs. It was missed information, if that was the case we would have booked somewhere else.
