One thing about this property is when you walk into the lobby of the hotel is decor, is so nice and inside the individual rooms are decent too and clean, but the hotel itself, on the different floors in needs a deep cleaning, as well as the walls, elevator. The breakfast items were good.

I’m usually don’t like put a bad review, but this property description was not what I found there. My daughter want to go to the pool is been out off service for a couple months green water. Stuff not friendly. The property said no smoking but you got the employees smoking in the pool area I tried to walk my little one with asthma and they smoking in there. Rooms and doors were eating from a dog.

Not what I expected

The pictures on the website look fairly new but the hotel is older. I traveled to Austin for a family event and the hotel was close to the event. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The problem was the cold water and the tub. The cleaning lady was next door, so I asked for a cleaning solution. My lysol wipes didn’t work. She didn’t speak English so another employee assisted me. He told me the tub is stained and the water was sitting in the tub because it was metal. After he went over the tub with a scrub mop, the tub still looked dirty. When I got ready to shower, the water was cold. I paid almost $150 with tax.

Was looking forward to pool…..closed and looked like a sewer. Asked 3 times to fix bathroom faucet and finaly gave up! Asked to make up room….was told every third day. Hot breakfast same everyday. Toilet set was loose and tightened myself. Why ask. Employees were nice etc just conditions and follow up on requests. Pool put a damper on everything else coming from cold weather was a major damper on trip. Glad I didn’t bring kids. Looksd great on-line so really false advertising. I would e stayed somewhere else if I’d been told when making reservation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room and the hotel itself was clean. The pool, however, was green and could not be used. It was a little offsetting but did not ruin my stay in any way.
