Front desk staff(Sergio) was so polite and helpful. He helped us understand the parking issue outside. The some parking staff were not so informative as to the paking issue outside- where you can park and where you pay to not get a ticket. The bathroom shower spilled alot of water onto the floor. The toilet took too long to flush. We had trouble logging onto the tv bedroom; then it would disconnect continuously; then it would keep turning on during the night.

I loved this hotel! Location is perfect, not deep within downtown, but 3 blocks away from 6th street! Valet parking is your only option, but they are so quick to retrieve your car! Also one of the few hotels that offers a free breakfast! Will definitely be staying here again!

Easy access to the hotel from the highway. Neighborhood is not really nice, in particular at night, but easily walkable to the Capitol, 5th street and 15-20 mins to congress bridge. Room is spacious and really clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen nice as well. Pool is a plus. Staff was really welcoming. In the room, a view on something else than a wall would have been a plus. That makes the room dark and and not as enjoyable.
