Yes, everything was nice. They only serviced the room one night while staying there. The music gets loud on the weekends downtown!

The staff was the best part of the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was only average. The room seemed more like a motel than a hotel. Walls were thin; we could hear all the conversations going on in neighboring rooms, even late into the night. Furnishings, carpet, bed, pillows, and overall room setup were very dated and by no means upscale. But the room was cleaned to hotel standards. The bathroom was the worst part of the room. Hard to even put into words. It was dark, and the bathroom sliding door entry didn't close all the way because it contacts the toilet. Bottom line: the property is old and dated. It a standard 3-star hotel. go somewhere else if you want a more modern hotel and room accommodations. Renovations in the rooms are needed. I have stayed at other Hyatt hotels, and this hotel doesn't even come close to those.
