The room was beyond nice! It exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front desk was nice, friendly, and engaging. My check in was smooth. Room was super big and it was just me so plenty of space. Very clean bathroom and kitchen area. Fridge and Microwave were like brand new. Iron was clean and modern. Nice separate living room area with divided curtain if traveling as a family or with others to create privacy. TV swivels so you can see from bedroom or living room area. The couch pulls out into a bed if needed. Nice outdoor fire pit stays lit all the time. Traveling for work conference solo as a female and I felt safe day and late night. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 and will stay again or with thus brand at Hilton.

We stay here every time we visit Georgetown. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. The staff is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. Very family friendly, and in a quiet but convenient location.

Good location and a really nice room, especially for the price. Very clean. Parking could be wonky, we had to park around the back and walk around the building. Not a big deal, just unusual for us. Breakfast was great. Nice variety of hot foods as well as the usual bagels and cereal.

Disappointed

The hotel itself is new and very clean. The actual room has frustrating features that are bothersome if you like quiet and privacy. The barn doors on the bathroom do not have any locks and the gaps on both doors allows others to be able to see in from the living area and from the bedroom. Ridiculous design! The doors drag and make a horrible sound. Anyone sleeping in the living area is definitely woken up by simply opening and closing the door! The blackout blinds in the bedroom are not capped at the top, letting in a ton of light (defeats the purpose). There are no scissors to be able to open packages of food, but there is a butcher knife.
