I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. it seemed like proper attention wasn’t given during cleaning. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options and missing basics like jam and butter. This was disappointing, especially for a place that seems to cater to travelers expecting standard amenities. It’s worth noting that construction was going on all over the city, causing heavy traffic and making it difficult to get around. While not directly the hotel’s fault. With a few improvements, especially in housekeeping and breakfast variety, this could be a much better stay.

I don’t know how people have this location a 9. I checked in and was so disappointed. I have stayed with the Holiday in Express in the past. The hotel was always well kept and updated. This property was DIRTY. The couch in my room was stained and I wouldn’t dare sit on it. Also foot prints on the wall. Had me questioning if I would leave with bugs. Asked to switch rooms and they couldn’t accommodate me. Just DON’T
