The room waa clean, excellent service from front desk staff. The air in the room was not working well. It clicked on and off often and with adjusting temperature it was still very hot. Poor air circulation. We were very hot all night. Also bed sheets were hard and stiff. Not the usual Hilton experience

Arrived to the hotel and waited in for valet services about 20 minutes. The manager explained they had only a couple of staff members and were backed up throughout our entire stay there. Additionally, The texting service for valet did not work. The restroom smelled terrible like mold. However,I don’t think this was a housekeeping issue more of a facility issue. The safe in our room did not work & the elevators had mechanical issues. Guest were jammed packed on the elevator because it was taking up to 10 minutes since only 2 were functioning.

Everything was fantastic. I was amazed how loud the music was in my room on the 25th floor from the street below. It did not bother me whem sleeping. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Paid for valet but wasn’t able to text to have my car ready - they disabled the feature over the weekend. Was crowded because I’m assuming something was going on but 20 min for elevators? No hot water and no water pressure, at this point I wasn’t going to call an complain I just took the cold shower.
