Fire up the BBQ grill for casual meals, then wind down by the patio fireplace in the evening (wood not provided). Inside, a laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi help you stay connected, and the private washer and dryer make longer stays simple.



The bedroom layout offers good privacy, including a primary suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus additional full baths so everyone has what they need.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Space for 2 vehicles total—1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Additional street parking is available as needed (when permitted by local signage). No extra parking beyond what’s described.

• Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use. Guests may use the outdoor patio fireplace; wood is not provided.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
