We loved the breakfast. We were disappointed that there were no pool towels at the pool and the jets in the hot tub were not working. We really liked this hotel and would stay there again, hopefully the hot tub will be fixed.

Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was amazing as was happy hour. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious. This is our favorite hotel in Austin. Was a little shocked to have to pay $17 per night parking fee. Never had that before and don’t remember seeing when booking but maybe I just overlooked.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and received a 1 bedroom. I was told they were fully booked since it was Halloween weekend. I booked this room back in September. I dont think I should of paid for a 2 bedroom since I didnt get what I paid for. I'mreally upset over this because I left messages on the hotels.com app where the messages go directly to Embassy Suites and nobody has responded. Ded. snd I

The room and the hotel were clean. Very nice ambience. We enjoyed our stay. The only comment I have is that one of the elevators was not working so there was a bit of a back up when we first got there. Otherwise, we will stay here again.
