Relax in the main living area after a day exploring the city, or step outside to the garden/backyard for some fresh air. Each bedroom features its own balcony—great for morning coffee or an evening breeze. When it’s time to plug in, a laptop-friendly workspace and fast WiFi help you stay productive. A private washer and dryer add everyday convenience during longer stays.

Important Things to Note

• No pets allowed.

• Parking: Only 1 compact vehicle may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis and is at your own risk. No parking is allowed in the back house driveway. No additional driveway/garage parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: This home has stairs; please review photos to ensure it’s a good fit for your group.

• Security cameras: Ring cameras monitor the exterior front door and driveway areas only.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
