Awesome location

We stayed here a couple times.The location is perfect. Mins away from downtown. Place is small but cozy. A few things to note. The bed headboard makes a very loud noise when you move so it did make it harder to sleep. The AC struggles keeping the place cool. This time we stayed the temp was cooler outside so we were comfortable most of the time there. Last time we were there it was closer to the higher 90's so the place was not as comfortable. Lastly the keyless entry does not work well. However the property owner has a backup key box hanging from the door which solves the issue. The communication withe the owners is great. Overall the location of this place is what keeps us coming back.

Convenient location, parking

Surprised that it was quiet since it was in the midst of student housing. Appreciated the amenities, cleanliness and easy communication with the owner. My only suggestion is a more comfortable mattress.

If you want to be downtown Austin or close to the University of Texas, this rental is perfect. It has all the necessary amenities for staying a weekend or longer. It is comfy, cozy, clean, and cared for. The location is more University environment, than business, but it lends itself to an evironment that is buzzing with fun and liveliness. There are no noise concerns, and the rental is secure with modern tech. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone use this rental in the future. The owner is readily available and helpful to his clients.

Convenient location for UT activities

Owner was kind and communicated well. Place had everything I needed and was walking distance to convenient store, bus stop and campus! I stayed alone and felt safe and comfortable! I hope to stay here again when my son graduates!
