We enjoyed our stay but the sheets in the bed were awful and the room couldn’t cool down at night. Our room always felt nice and cool during the day but for some reason while trying to sleep it was warm. Location was great but be prepared for loud music playing until 2:00 AM due to Rainy St. being right behind the hotel. Another thing I wasn’t a fan of is the hotel is cashless. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Arrived and found the only parking was valet @ $55 overnight. Valet was not helpful nor friendly. Reception was fine. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillow were good. Elevator was ok. The issue was no hot water and low water pressure. Was give the excuse that hotel engineering said “many people were using the water in the morning” There are expectations at that price in that area. Be better

Best staff ever

The staff was amazing. Everyone was overly enthusiastic and welcoming, even if we just ran into them in the elevator. It's rare to find and a treat when you do. We had an issue with the bathroom light and it was fixed right away and again, the staff was just beyond apologetic. The entire hotel was very clean and very comfortable. If we travel this way again, we'll be repeat customers!
