Aurora accommodation with spa

I liked how clean it was and the people were so friendly

Excellent staff was helpful and good location

No breakfast

My only concern is the room lighting- too many small lights not enough room lighting.

Breakfast is sad, definitely not worth the money. The restaurant hours are very limited and the pantry area is non existent. Housekeeping is limited as well. Hopefully you ask for towels when they are there because after like 2 pm they are no longer on shift and you won’t be able to get your trash taken or any clean towels. IHG is usually a great place to stay but this was very disappointing. For the price, we should’ve stayed somewhere else. The only thing I will say is the size of the room was nice as well as having a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.

The staff was really friendly. The rooms were very clean and it was overall a great place to stay.
