Facility is well maintained, staff is nice and friendly, and the free breakfast was always a good start of our day. One small issue to note was the smell of wood stain that filled the entire lobby. They had a beautiful table set right by the reception desk that they were staining during our stay. Not sure if they were unable to take it outside that they had to do the work indoors with limited ventilation. Some guests might find that a turn off. Otherwise, it was pleasant stay overall.

Hotel staff was very nice but the hotel looked run down. Room service missed our room twice even though we took the " need a little more time "sign off the doors when the cart was outside our door. Carpet looked old and ripped, furniture was beat up, fridge didn't work, tolet was loose, back door didnt close or lock. The staff did its best to make it look clean but it needs some love.

The hotel overall was nice and great priced, the issue for me was the pillows u have crook in my neck, the pillows are very soft they go flat, u got the two off the sofa and ur did not help

my wife and I booked a getaway trip, Because we were going to stay with family. there was no shower door, the locks on the outer doors didn't work properly and The incoming door to our room looked busted, and the carpets were ripped throughout the hotel.
