I enjoy but there are some things that could use attention , mainly just updates and remodel type work
I have never in my life stay in a hotel this disgusting. It smell like poop. We I when in the bathroom it was like I walked into a bathroom in someone house that never keep out their tub. I sprayed so much Lysol. My daughter and used bottle water to brush our teeth. If this place was 2 dollars a night, I wouldn’t stay.

I was disappointed because I had a bad time getting my key to work to get in from the parking lot with my baggage. I was disappointed about the shower curtain that was so long it floated in the bath tub without a water proof liner causing water to pool on the bath floor, the lamp in the room did not have a bulb in it, the table with the TV on it was covered with old stuck on candy, and the TV was so old the screen looked like it had a film over it because it was older than Moses. The good thing was your desk sent immediate assistance to correct some of the aforementioned. The staff was helpfull with these issues but we should not have had to suffer them. The coninental breakfast was good and serviced well. But I'm sorry I have had to bring his to our attention but your empoyees work hard and deserve help to avoid such problems. Thank you!
The staff, particularly the employees present in the lobby area for breakfast, were extremely unfriendly. Upon going for coffee and something to eat, I told them “good morning!” and was met with silence and unsmiling, cold stares. It made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The desk clerk when I checked out was also unfriendly and was irritated that I requested a paper copy of my receipt/invoice for my stay. I felt I was an intrusion at the hotel rather than a welcomed guest. For this reason, unfortunately, I would never want to stay at this location again. The staff need to be trained on quality customer service, including treating guests with kindness and a welcoming attitude, and not making a guest feel apologetic for being there!
I booked a two bed hotel room and when I got there they gave me a king room. I went back to the front desk and they tried to blame the change on Expedia but found out later it was done in house. They did finally give me the room I wanted but it was with attitude and reluctance from the front desk staff. The room was not up to standard for a Comfort Inn and Suites. The thermostat was broke and the floor was wet and stayed wet the entire stay. Will not stay here again.
I was there overnight for the Masters golf tournament. The staff was excellent. I left my phone charger and came back later and they returned it to me.

Bed comfortable. Clean room. Needs updated. Certain things make look dirty. Because older and cant come clean anymore. Carpet , walls , baseboards. Etc. But pleasant comfortable stay.
There was stool on and under the toilet seat and it had obviously not been cleaned between guests. Furnishings old broken and mismatched. Bed worn out. Carpet dirty.
