Disliked: Cleanliness
While the inside of the house was clean the outside didn’t match in cleanliness. I requested the outside to be cleaned but it never was done. Does the property owner have someone to check their property between stays to make sure it lives up to the five star billing the management company states it is in communication? My first communication to the management company was with a woman with a rooster crowing in the background. That didn’t help in our conversation. It wouldn’t take much to make that happen so renters wouldn’t feel the property was misrepresented. Also, the kitchen is lacking in some essentials as well. Mixing bowls, salt and pepper shakers , 9 by 13 baking pan, and wine bottle opener would have been nice for us. It’s a quiet neighborhood except for the train that passes just behind the property but it didn’t bother us. I hope that this property can become the 5 star property it claims to be online.
