Charming two story historic home located in Augusta’s Summerville District with a fabulous floor plan and located only 3 miles from the Augusta National. This house is centrally located, only minutes to downtown Augusta and walking distance to neighborhood restaurants. The home features 10 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs, there is a large galley kitchen, dining room, living area, half bath and fourth bedroom. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There are 4 beds available (1 king, 1 queen and 2 full). The front porch provides lounge furniture and a wonderful view of the landscaped front yard. The covered back porch includes an outdoor dining table and chairs with a gas grill. The driveway provides parking for 3 vehicles.
