Directions to the property were unclear because of road closures for repairs if driving into Augsburg. New, never-before-used washer broke on first use. Owner responded timely and offered to do laundry at his home while unit replaced. Three tall flights of stairs came as a surprise but were worth it for the cozy apartment

Die Lage war super und wir hatten schöne Tage. Die Unterkunft war leider schmuddelig, arg in die Jahre gekommen, ungünstig möbeliert und notdürftig mit Geschirr etc. ausgestattet. Der Besitzer wollte noch zusätzlich Geld von uns und wurde in der Kommunikation per WhatsApp etwas unverschämt. Hat sich dann beruhigt, nachdem ich ihm empfohlen hatte, er muss seine Abrechnung mit Fe-wo klären. Wir haben über dieses Portal gebucht und bezahlt. Die Abrechnung zwischen Agentur und Gastgeber kann nicht unser Problem sein.
