Disliked: Cleanliness
All of the above. Accessed the property on January 25th and on same date informed property owner of the terrible carpets condition and the next date, I requested cancelation that the host agreed i have not received any confirmation from VRBO and at this time i am not trusting VRBO would issue the requested refunds since the carpets were very dirty and should not have been available for rent. I vacanted the property on the 27th and as a result i was forced to inmediatamente locate a new property. Shame on both host and Vrbo
