Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived there was no way to get in, no key to collect etc. We called the number on signs which or is through to building security who literally laughed at us and said things didn't look too good for us. We finally got through to the owner via email who informed us that the building was leaking and we could no longer stay there, sorry for the inconvenience, while i was stranded on the streets of the cbd with no where to stay with my 13 year old son. No offer of alternative arrangements were made, or even help to find other accommodation. After the apology email they didn't make any further attempts at communication. An absolutely disgusting failure of service.
