The Space:
Moa 30 Runga is a fully self contained studio designed for simple, comfortable stays. While it sits on the same site as Moa Luxe, it is positioned separately and offers its own private entry, deck, and outdoor space.
The interior is arranged as an open plan living area that feels bright and welcoming. Large sliding doors connect the living space directly to the deck, allowing natural light to fill the room and creating an easy indoor outdoor flow on fine days. Windows frame bush views with glimpses of the water beyond, giving the studio a calm, green outlook.
The kitchen is compact and modern, set up for simple meal preparation and everyday use. The lounge area is comfortable and uncluttered, suited to relaxed evenings after time at the beach or village. The sleeping area sits within the open plan layout and opens directly to the deck, making it easy to step outside in the morning or enjoy the evening air.
The bathroom is finished in a clean, contemporary style with tiled walls, a walk in shower, and modern fittings.
Outside, the deck is sheltered and private, surrounded by native planting. It works well for morning coffee, reading during the day, or quiet evenings outdoors.

Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the studio, its deck, and surrounding outdoor area.
Check in is from 2:00 pm and check out is by 10:30 am. Early check in or late check out may be available for an additional fee and will be confirmed closer to your stay. These options cannot be offered when there is a same day guest changeover.
Access is via a private walkway entrance from Moa Avenue and Kiwi Street. Parking is available nearby.
The Neighborhood:
Moa 30 Runga is located a short distance from Oneroa Village, giving guests easy access to cafés, shops, and dining while remaining in a quieter residential setting.
Daytime options include Akito for plant focused dishes, Wai Kitchen for brunch with bay views, and Solar Eating House for relaxed meals in a garden setting. In the evenings, The Oyster Inn and Fenice are popular village choices.
For vineyard dining, Mudbrick Vineyard & Restaurant and Cable Bay are both nearby. For something more casual, The Heke offers relaxed food and an open garden setting.
Getting Around:
Bus services run through Oneroa Village and connect to the Matiatia passenger ferry, Palm Beach, and Onetangi, stopping near major vineyards along the way, including The Heke. This makes it easy to explore Waiheke without a car.
Taxis, e bikes, scooters, and rental cars are available across the island. The studio is also well positioned for nearby walking routes.

Moa 30 Runga is part of the Moa Luxe property and may be booked separately or together with the main house, depending on availability.
The property runs on rainwater tanks, as is standard on Waiheke Island, so guests are asked to use water thoughtfully during their stay.
Minimum stay requirements apply. Bookings require a minimum of four nights from Christmas to early January, three nights on holiday weekends, and two nights at all other times.
