So peaceful and private you can sit on your deck and watch the sun go down surrounded by the beautiful bird life. Moa 30 Runga has its own entrance via the walkway in Moa Avenue and Kiwi Street.If you are after something modern with great character that's a bit special - this is your spot!
The Space:
Fully self contained and luxuriously appointed with open plan living and bedroom which opens to the deck and garden and a gorgeous tiled bathroom.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed
Please note: A compulsory exit clean/linen set up fee of $140 applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 4 nights from Christmas to early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
A vehicle is available to book with this property. Please enquire for rates and availability.
At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Perfect private retreat
Perfect spot for peace and privacy. Modern well appointed and perfect for a couple and an added bonus were the sea and hillside views

I highly recommend 30 Moa. It’s a lovely place to stay in a great location, near Oneroa but not in the middle of the bustle.

Stunning Hideaway
The location is close to town & the beach.
The property is Amazing, it’s modern yet cosy. Extremely stylish & private.
The owners are so friendly & caring.
We had a wonderful time & can’t wait to return again soon.
