Very well situated in the waterfront. Higher rooms have a great view. Most rooms are small; there are a few larger rooms which are more comfortable. The restaurant is ok, and there are many dining options nearby. The staff are pleasant. There are free laundry machines. The gym is small but the equipment is new.

M Social exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel special. The location is perfect—close to top attractions, dining, and shopping.

Excellent location - we chose premium package which included lovely comfortable room on 12th floor with fantastic view of Aukland harbor, a charcuterie board with wine every evening, delicious breakfast, free flowing coffee and tea from bar all day - worth every extra penny - great location - easy access to harbor - good restaurants- Queen street for shopping - great hotel!
Great position. Across the road from ferries, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Situated in the best part of the city. King-sized bed was sublime. All rooms have an awesome view over the bay. Coffee in downstairs cafe was great. Valet parking was handy.

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!
This was the ideal property to catch our Norwegian Cruise. We could see our cruise ship parked right from our window. We were treated with grace and kindness. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
