The bed was enormous ! Everything was good - and Happy there was a washing machine !
Perhaps get a clothes horse /dryer
But was a great stop off for us ! And the cafe was nice way to set up the day

The front desk staff is only up front from 8am-5pm and even then rarely. I had to ask for our trash to be removed 3 days in a row before anyone got to it. The mattress on the twin frame was too small for the frame so it sank constantly. There was glass box in the bed frame that fell out and shattered on my husband while he was sleeping. The front desk was wholly unconcerned about shattered glass in HIS BED!
Parking was easy room was clean was fully quipped for the amount of people staying will definitely stay there again and there staff was awesome and friendly
Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Nice balcony for those evening sunsets. Free parking in the complex which was very handy. Great coffee from the cafe downstairs.
The unit wasn't filthy but could have been cleaner. The washer/dryer combo washed the clothes great but didn't dry them.
The unit has a oven but there were no oven trays or oven dishes so it was unusable. The kitchen extractor fan didn't stay on so the hotel manager gave us tape to get it to stay on. The fridge stopped working on our first night which we didn't discover until the following night. Unfortunately the food we had in the fridge got spoiled.
I’ve already sent my messages through with my comments and observations.
Ironing board in room but no iron. Wardrobe with no clothes hangers.
Clothes hangers have been delivered, but there’s no bar for them to hang on.
Is no phone to ring reception you have to ring yourself on your own phone and it’s hiding somewhere that I don’t know about. I would expect more from a property like this. No restaurants or or food options after 830. I ended up having to buy a pie from the gas station. I know there’s a kitchen here but that would mean I have to bring all my own things like oil spices ingredients that doesn’t really make sense for someone staying for one night or two.
I mentioned that most are not families and more business people on overnight travel. I would recommend having a room Service option of even frozen meals. Very basic but easy and have long shelf life service industry for a long time and am a cook myself. I would be more than happy to provide three different frozen options that could either be cooked here or brought.
