We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo. Easy check in process, the room was comfortable although a tad bit small for two suitcases to lay out. It’s a modern building well located in the heart of downtown and super convenient to get anywhere. Staff was very friendly and we would absolutely stay here again!
Room was nice, albeit with the hefty price increase for NYE. Definitely understaffed. Only one person on check out this morning and it took 50 mins for valet to get car. Given hotels know exactly how many guests they have, when they checking out and how many cars need to be retrieved there’s not really any excuse.
Hotel Indigo Auckland was an excellent choice for our 10-day stay in New Zealand. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We added the breakfast option and were so glad we did—it was delicious and convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland.
Very nice room with a view and great bathroom. The hotel is centrally located as well. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good too. Would stay here again.
