The Space:
Within this Zodiak Stays apartment, you'll everything you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and all the essential kitchen utensils. There are also a couple of stools at the kitchen bench for dining!

The living area has a large smart TV, plenty of comfy seating and an office desk and chair - perfect for those needing to do some work during their stay!

In the bedroom, you'll find a plush king-size bed and plenty of closet space for your belongings. There is also a large window which allows lots of natural light into the room.

A washer/dryer is in the bathroom which is free for your use.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Herne Bay
A picturesque coastal suburb known for its charming atmosphere and views of the Waitemata Harbour. Nestled among its tree-lined streets are a variety of cozy cafes and restaurants, offering a diverse culinary experience. Sentinel Road Beach, located in the suburb of Herne Bay, Auckland, is a hidden gem along the city's coastline. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this small beach offers a tranquil escape for locals and visitors alike. With its golden sands and clear waters, Sentinel Road Beach provides the perfect setting for a peaceful seaside stroll or a relaxing afternoon picnic.

Ponsonby - 3 minute drive
There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Federal Street- 6-15 minutes (traffic dependent)
next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Viaduct Harbour - 10 minutes drive
the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys will need to be picked up from a lockbox located at the property. We will send you full instructions on the morning of your check-in date.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
The Zodiak Stays office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
