Horrible experience! Only 1 key worked. We had to walk to another location at night for another key after a full day of missed work because mngmt. wouldn't respond with key info. Had to replace cookware then wasted my time with 28 email correspondences to finally be reimbursed weeks after.Mattress was from 1980 w dips and stains.Uncomfortable. Laundry machine was broken. No other laundry in building. No front desk, lobby bathroom or house cleaning. Was NOT worth the time & money. Worst part was the excuses and run-around by Zodiak Management. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from them!

The stay here at the cozy studio retreat was perfect for relaxation and a little get away, it gave the full experience of being ‘home away from home’ with its cozy environment. Definitely a 5/5 for time we had spent there, me and my little family we happily book here again :)
