My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by VRBO, lousy job by the host.
