You will have access to a private terrace including outdoor dining area,overlooking amazing views of Villa Bologna and only a few minutes away from San Anton Gardens!

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal ! - AC is also available in the living area for maximum comfort.
Access to private and LARGE TERRACE with outdoor furniture and beautiful VIEWS - Also San Anton Garden and coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals !
Bedrooms| 2 Bedroom APT with 1 king sized bed and the other 1 with 2 single bed. Super comfy SOFA.
NOTE: For over and above 4 guests, the fifth guest can use the sofa, or we can provide an additional folding bed.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
