We had a wonderful two night stay for NYE. Rooms were spotless, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Balcony access was awesome. We were right next to the elevator - no issue at all. Front desk check in was super quick and efficient. We stay frequently in AC and would pick this hotel to stay at again without hesitation.

They don’t enough staff. The staff they have are very good. They need more. The elevator is very slow. The lobby looks good. The balcony in our room was so cool Overwhelmed by that view Just spectacular.

Five story hotel on boardwalk that has been totally redone in 2025. The small numerous details in the room like the a/c cover and shower drain make the room great. Nice coffee maker too. steve

The room and staff were excellent; however, we experienced an issue at checkout when the hotel attempted to charge us an additional $250 for “smoking.” They claimed someone had come to the room, but when we asked for camera footage to be reviewed and for the sensors to be checked, we never received a response. Shortly after, the charge was dropped without explanation. We did not smoke in the room and were only there to sleep, so the accusation felt unfounded. It seemed as though they hoped we wouldn’t notice the extra charge. It’s disappointing, because aside from this incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean staff was very friendly and very welcoming! Only thing light didn’t work in my room in the mirror bathroom so I wasn’t able to do my face good! The temperature was so very comfortable by it was winter. But one thing I want to say make you check the parking price on the property and the charges they charge daily I was not aware or told the prices before we parked if I new I would of park in their parking and so self parking it instead! The price a day was outrages to us! So spend more than we want to. Overall had a great weekend!
