Drug paraphernalia everywhere of elevators Couldn’t sleep people running down halls all night and no staff telling them to stop I don’t feel it’s a safe place to bring my two little kids back too

I stayed in the newly remodled tower. The beds were uncomfortable. There wasn't a hair dryer like the amenities section indicated. There were holes in the sheets & comforters. I asked housekeeping for towels and they said I had to call down to the front desk. Only the left side buttons on the elevators worked. I went to several floora before I found an ice machine that worked. Overall, for it to be recently renovated it was low-quality. The best part about the hotel was that it was kid-friendly and had activities for children. We went to the waterpark. For the most part that was enjoyable. But the grill closed at 6pm and when I asked for BBQ sauce for my chicken tenders the girl walked off and never came back.

This property is fun, family oriented but fun for adults as well. I stayed in the Midtown South section of 1 of the 2 towers. The room was very serene, comfortable, clean and neat. There are double vanity mirrors with his/hers sinks, if you will, with beautiful gold accents in the bathroom decor. The room I stayed in reminds me of a mini loft; cozy, have your coffee, tea or drink at the window while gazing at the beach….The bedding is comfortable and so will your sleep be!!! I received the hard wood floors room which is very chic! I guess you can request this, as there are rooms with dark carpet, which I personally didn’t care for but it was cute. (It was my son’s birthday, he had his own room and it was carpeted) FYI for those who possibly have allergies….Also, the hotel it’s located right in the back in between Hard Rock Cafe and Oceans Hotel. At this time, their pool isn’t working but there is an indoor water park that’s right adjacent to the hotel for a separate fee per person.

On it’s last leg…

Stayed here for my daughters birthday weekend. Honestly would not say here again. Seems like the place is close to having doors closed down soon. All food options are closed except 1 spot close to boardwalk entrance which was always empty and didn't look appealing to sit down and eat. The smell in the hallways are terrible due to people smoking, and not just cigarettes. Selfparking and hotel entrances are gross. Some areas look to be renovated like the gym area and the waterpark areas. My recommendation would be to stay somewhere else and just come here to enjoy few hours of their kids game selection.

Rooms were very clean just a little outdated noticeable small cracks on the wall in bourbon tower. I requested towels on my second night and had to wait 3 hours however it was unusually busy due to a cheer competition. The staff was vey friendly and helpful. The water park had a great discount going. Overall good experience definitely a kid friendly hotel I would stay again wit my kid if traveling adults only probably not.

The first room they game me smelled like smoke so I went to the front desk to complain.. they exchanged my room for another.. the rooms are nice but the bed was hard… the bed did not have a mattress protector on it nor a fitted sheet so the sheets kept coming of and I was able to see how dirty the mattress was.. the dirty mattress really turned me off ..
