This hotel had the worst experience ever! My family and I stayed there for three nights. The lobby was freezing cold, and the hallway on my 25th floor was even colder. We couldn’t enjoy our stay because of the unpleasant cold. My daughter and niece wanted to play games, but they couldn’t because of the cold inside the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that, no one came to clean our room. We called the front desk because a lamp was broken, but no one came to fix it or even take a look. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!

There was no hot water out first night stay and trying to call the front desk was impossible on a Saturday night and trying to get back to the room it was a 15-20 minute wait because the line was wrapped around the corner because only 2 elevator was working out of 6. And the entire hotel had no heat. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at the showboat. The only thing was great was the indoor water park but freezing soon as you stepped out onto the floor

2 out of 6 elevators where working in a 25 floor hotel, unacceptable. No coffee pot in the room and they do not provide hot water! It was very cold in the hotel and also the water park, Me and my family will not be returning. Very Disappointed

There was no heat on for all hallways , every floor . Where lobby was and games where no heat on. Roller skating with jackets on. It was even cold where they swim. I wish i stayed somewhere else , even the place to eat inside was super cold you had to eat with your coat on. Very sad place not worth the money.

Am not a person who normally writes reviews but I had to write this one. This place sucks, it’s cold every where in the building, there’s no heat. I don’t even think they had alot of options for food there. The elevators are garbage, there are six of them only 2 works for the whole building I waited 10 to 15 minutes just for the elevator . I was checking out and I had to go up to different floors just so I can get of the building because it was so full when coming back down. I got nothing good to say about this place.

We recently stayed here and overall it was just okay. The hotel is definitely older and you can tell. The room was pretty clean, but it had that “landlord special” look where things are patched and quickly updated rather than fully renovated. The biggest issue for us was the noise. It was very loud all night long. There were people talking, arguing, and even yelling in the hallways, so we didn’t get much sleep at all. Another major problem was the temperature throughout the hotel. The lobby was extremely cold, easily felt like it was in the 40s. Everyone on the first floor was wearing jackets and beanies. The hallways were also freezing, and it seemed like the heat wasn’t working well because there were drafts everywhere. In our room we had to turn the heat up to 78 just to get it to feel around 70. The front desk staff weren’t rude, but they also weren’t especially welcoming or helpful. We actually ended up skipping the water park because the lobby was so cold that it just didn’t feel comfortable walking back and forth wet. Overall, it wasn’t the worst stay and the room was clean, but between the noise and the temperature issues it wasn’t very comfortable

The staff was courteous. The rooms are very outdated but for the most part clean. Hallways were freezing, as well as arcade. The food at the restaurants was good but not a lot of choices of places to eat. We went to the water park, and that’s why we stayed there. Would go back to water park, but will stay elsewhere.

The pictures of the rooms are false advertisement this hotel is dingy & essentially a huge motel! It’s very dated , smells old, the service is hit or miss , 6 elevators only 3 work. My sheets had holes in them, there was some sort of stain from something splashing on the wall. Thee worse experience with a “hotel” I’ve had in decades. The audacity to charge a “resort fee”

It was so cold in the hotel near the arcade, food court, water park and more. We saw a thermometer that said it was 42 degrees. Luckily our room had heat however we could feel the freezing cold air coming under the 2 inch crack under the door. Next the elevators. Only 2 were working and there was a long wait every time.
