Hotel is dated and smelled stuffy. The blankets were stained and had cigarette burn marks. The place itself is shady and the property is not kept up. It was a last minute booking and nothing else was available. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. It's across the street from a couple of restaurants and a liquor store. You're five minutes away from Ocean City. It served it's purpose but I can't say I would return.

Not the most personable desk clerk (almost felt like I was intruding) - 15 min into arrival my door was knocked on, and before I could get to it, the door began to open (it was housekeeping) They seemed confused as to why the unit did not need serviced. There is no chain lock on door just the door lock and dead bolt mechanism, therefore housekeeping or whomever could have just walked right in had I been showering or whatever.. so Security is lacking. THAT SAID: The unit was clean, spacious, beds firm but comfortable, pillows flat and over used, towels clean but dingy. Overall, for the low price, it is very acceptable, quiet, safe location, easy access. I may try another place next time, but would not be opposed to staying again.

You get what you pay for...pros: clean.early check in basic hotel room for a good value. Staff very responsive to needs Cons: in need of rehab. Lamp shades were yellow,dirty and had tears.bed spread and a chair had burn marks.. initial room keys did not open door (manger very responsive to correct the issue.) pillows not comfortable..

The room we had needs a good deep cleaning.

The TV was filthy and the bed spread and blankets had cigarette burns in them and the pillows were very thin. The toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Lobby was gross especially the entryway door. Dust buildup on the cords and outlets. NO Bedbugs and the Wawa right out back were a plus.

Repeat Visitors 3 years and counting

This is my family’s 3rd year staying here for 1-2 weeks during the summer season. Check in is always a breeze, the rooms are clean, with cold AC and spacious, and the pool is a big plus. Started here with a newborn and now he is 3 - we haven’t outgrown this little motel yet!

The bed was not the most comfortable and the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, the staff is always very friendly and it’s convenient to park and walk across the street for a great dinner. We still like staying there and will be staying there again next weekend!

Well kept property. Easy parking. Clean room, ,neat room. Nice furniture. Small flatscreen tv, small fridge. Coffee pot & neccesiries to make coffee if you would like. Easy check in. Very nice man at check in, check out. We would definitely stay there again. Very reasonable rates.
