It’s a good hotel to stay at.

Breakfast was ok. Make your own waffles were ok. You could also have corn flakes. Plain bran flakes should be available. There were strudels & mini muffins. Coffee, tea & OJ were available. White bread could be toasted & imitation butter & jam packets were there. The beds weren’t comfortable. My guess is that the mattresses should have been changed 6 months ago. The swimming pool is not heated. It’s nice to be able to go for a short swim in a heated pool. If we visit the area, we’ll stay here again.

Philadelphia stay

The hotel experience was great overall. An incident did happen during this stay at the pool, some lady tried going thru my things but I caught her before she could try to take anything. I would also like to say it’s kind of inconvenient location because it’s next to a whole bunch of university’s there is a couple local fast food places to eat near and there’s also food trucks of different types of food on each block. The valet parking was tricky and a little expensive so I decide to park on a nearby street. The hotel itself was very clean and set up just like a mini home would be, I love how they greeted me on the TV with my name. I also loved the view it gave a city vibe, I would have stayed longer if I could.

The room was terrible. At first he acted like he couldn't find my reservation. And tried to charge a fee that i didnt need to buy the room was nasty i cleaned up the bathroom the vents in air conditioner are dirty so they had a odor even the hair dryer was dirty And the person that was checking me made a rude come to what i am to assume is his father in his native's tongue. Because he assumed I didn't understand

The hotel was very run down, hallways were dark and dingy, there was a cut hole in the wall as you got off the elevator, the TV and wifi did not work. Looked like whenever they painted the bathroom, who knows how long ago, they did no prep and just painted over everything.
