Our brand new costal villa offers the perfect location & home for multiple families & small groups, providing an unparalleled blend of comfort, convenience, & style.

At this villa we offer an elevator, heated pool & hot tub. Please note that the pool and hot tub are available from April to October.

We provide all the linens, towels, & pool towels you'll need. As well as beach chairs, beach tags, & a beach cooler.

*25 years or older to rent.
*No bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, or senior week.
*Quiet hours from 9pm-8am
*We have 3 security cameras located on the exterior of the property. One is on the first floor porch by the front door and is on the doorbell. The second is above our garage monitoring the driveway. The third is outback monitoring the entire backyard. The cameras are running 24/7.
* 25 years old or older to sign agreement
* No bachelor/bachelorette parties, senior week or after prom parties, or wedding.
