My checkout time was clearly stated as 12:00 PM, yet the cleaning staff knocked on my door around 11:40 and again at 11:50, pressuring me to leave early. I even asked if checkout was indeed 12:00, and despite confirmation, the front desk still called me before that time. This was both disruptive and unprofessional—if checkout is at 12:00, guests should not feel rushed beforehand.
The hotel’s upkeep was adequate but could benefit from more attention to detail. Overall, the service felt unsatisfactory. Customer service standards seem to have declined, and unfortunately, this experience reflected that.
