Stayed one night with family. The hotel definitely looked better in the pictures, but overall a great stay and I would return. The staff was what made the stay worthwhile. Everyone was personable and went out their way to assist us when we arrived.

I had a pretty good experience during my stay. The only issue was when I attempted to use the laundry facility; it only had 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. One of the washing machines was broken with water inside it. I would’ve expected more machines and bigger facility, nevertheless, it is an older building.

I had high hopes because of the decent reviews. Called the night before to have a room ready upon arrival. The person I spoke to- said that would be fine and just pay an additional $50. I asked if I needed to reserve it, she said no. When I got there, there were no available rooms available. When the lady found me a room, I walked in to the bed all made but there were stains on both beds. The housekeeper came in to check and she confirmed that the sheets were dirty and apologized. She had to take pictures of the stains on both beds. Makes me wonder how often they actually change the sheets vs just remaking the bed. My balcony furniture was falling apart- the pool was filthy.
