Everything was great and cheap transportation to and from the ballpark. Great location. Only negatives were that we lost power for a few hours (not the hotel’s fault) and didn’t like the squeeze bottle set up on the shower (or the fragrance). Would likely stay again

Great stay at Tru. Hotel and Room was very clean. Enjoyed the outside patio in the evening w/TV and free breakfast in the morning. Plenty restaurants nearby. Please note that there is a $10 parking fee per night.

Showed up right at 3pm to check in. Got here and they said our room was not ready. This was extremely unfortunate due to myself, wife, and 2 toddlers driving 4 hours and having a plan for them to nap prior to our evening plans. Since we did not have a room to go to we had to hang in the lobby with 2 extremely busy toddlers grabbing and tearing through everything. We did not get into our room till closer till 4 and we were unable to go through with our kids nap plan and it was an awful evening for us. I picked this hotel compared to 4 others and paid more and truly wish I would have went with one of the others.

Contrary to my expectations, the rooms were not cleaned daily but rather every third day. Additionally, the towels were never replaced, necessitating frequent calls to the front desk for new towels. Furthermore, even when the rooms were cleaned by housekeeping, they seemed to forget to clean the floors. Would not recommend this hotel for long stay.

It was difficult to reach the front desk, staff of this property whenever need to contact them. Front desk staff upon checkout was unfriendly. This was not the experience of a Hilton property that I’ve come to expect.
