Great staff, spacious rooms, but needs repair

The staff is attentive and professional and this is a great location in the heart of downtown. It is, however, very much in need of repairs and updating. My sink needed to be reset because it was literally leaning out of the wall at an angle so my toiletries would slide from the back of the sink into the basin. The carpet was frayed and, in one spot near the bathroom door, there was an exposed carpet nail, pointy side up. The bed was pretty old and worn as was the pillows and bedding. I did appreciate the spaciousness of the suite and how quiet it was.

This was our 2nd time stating at the property even though it was an overnight stay it was comfortable & quiet. The 3-star rating was because we were not notified of a street festival taking place the day of our check-in. Which did not allow us to drive up to check-in on time nor valet our car. We did not gain access to almost 10 that night.

Great stay. The room was perfect. Spacious, and very clean. I was only there for 1 night so I didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but it was nice to have it though. The staff was friendly as well. We were staying here for a show at the Fox Theater across the street. This was my first time staying here, but it won't be my last.

This hotel has so much potential and I was really expecting more. Rooms were okay but in need of refreshing. Front desk and door staff were great! The Livingston restaurant must have been understaffed like most places because they ran out of plates for our appetizers and the service wasn’t great. I would stay again because of its proximity to the Fox Theater, but it was overpriced for this same reason.
